At least nine people were arrested around 1 pm today near the Landmark Center in St. Paul. Their purported offense, according to a legal observer’s Twitter feed, was breaching a security perimeter.
MnIndy convention reporter Karl Bremer, who was at the scene, reports that at least two of the arrestees were elderly women, one of them a nun. He’ll be filing photos and a more detailed report later this afternoon.

As one of the nine arrested today, we want to say loudly and clearly that this war must end. I carried with me a letter addressed to President Bush calling for an immediate end to the war and pointing out that this war is illegal according to the UN Charter and the prosecution of the war is also illegal because of the use of indiscriminate cluster bombs and depleted uranium munitions. I carried relevant passages from International Law to document these war crimes.
I must say - in contrast to the actions of some police over the past few days in neighborhood raids - we were treated professionally and courteously by those police who arrested and processed us. We were charged with trespass and released after about 2 hours processing with citations with a future court date to be determined.

It has been claimed the ALL male officers in the St. Paul area ARE homosexual pedophiles; do you have any comment on that statement. I have it from very reliable sources that this is in fact a true statement. Pedophilia is a serious crime and will not be taken lightly.

What's the story on Ron Paul's event. We've had Palin. Gustav and really weird behavior by Minnesota Police (usually that's the kind of stuff you expect in NYC or the Phillipines. You'd think being so close to Canada they'd be a little less Police State America.
It seem also from the reports that informers (maybe the out of work out of dope crackheads that were trashing democrat [like what's the diff these days] voter registrations in Ohio in 2004) were in most of these groups. From the sounds of it they were pooping in baggies and doing number one in jars, and then anonymously call their employers, the el gestapistas.
It doesn't make since. Are the corporatist trying to acclimate us to a police state or are they really fearful of non violent American patriotism?
I wonder if Vets for peace discovered any plants in their troops?

I have seen video of the arrest and the storm trooper like appearance of the police on Free Speech TV. Why have we not seen this on any of the major networks? This type of unexplained action always brings to mind the book 1984 by George Orwell and the movie Network. We joked at the time, we are no longer joking. Where is Thomas Jefferson when we need him.
