I carried with me a letter addressed to President Bush calling for an immediate end to the war and pointing out that this war is illegal according to the UN Charter and the prosecution of the war is also illegal because of the use of indiscriminate cluster bombs and depleted uranium munitions. I carried relevant passages from International Law to document these war crimes. <br>I must say - in contrast to the actions of some police over the past few days in neighborhood raids - we were treated professionally and courteously by those police who arrested and processed us.
