SoS candidate Kennedy concedes to Ritchie

Just five days before the election, Bruce D. Kennedy, an independent candidate for Secretary of State and an advocate for Instant Runoff Voting (IRV), has thrown in the towel–and thrown his support behind DFLer Mark Ritchie, but reluctantly. In a letter published on his website, Kennedy outlines his reasons. Chief among them: “I’m not going to win. That’s pretty clear.”
He adds:
I’ve known for several years that Mary Kiffmeyer is not a good Secretary of State. She lacks “people skills
