Poll: Only 14% Approve of Congress

Only 14% of Minnesotans approve of the job Congress is doing, and 70% disapprove, according to a Pioneer Press/MPR/Mason-Dixon poll.

Disapproval was over 50% for Republicans, 73% for Independents, and 84% for Democrats.

Additionally, 40% of voters thought the Mark Foley scandal would at least be somewhat important to their vote.

The poll was conducted October 26-31, and has a margin of error of 4%.
