Kiffmeyer Ordered to Respond to Complaint

The Minnesota Supreme Court has ordered Secretary of State Mary Kiffmeyer to respond to a complaint filed against her on Friday.  The complaint alleged several violations and omissions on the Secretary of State’s website, and sought redress before tomorrow’s General Election.  Kiffmeyer has been ordered to respond by noon today, and at that time the Court will decide whether to hear the case.
