Immigration is expected to be one of the most controversial issues in Minnesota during the upcoming midterm elections. Why? Are we a border state? Well, kind of, but not nearly as serious as Arizona, where over 1,000 illegal immigrants are caught everyday.
Gov. Pawlenty had introduced a plan to crack down on illegal immigrants back in January. Among other things, the plan would allow local police to enforce immigration laws concurrently with other laws
