Bachmann, Pawlenty to speak at RightOnline in Minneapolis

Rep. Michele Bachmann and former Gov. Tim Pawlenty will be featured speakers at the RightOnline conference in Minneapolis in mid-June. The conference is the conservative movement’s answer to the progressive Netroots Nation, which will also be held in Minneapolis in mid-June. RightOnline is organizaed by Americans for Prosperity, a group funded by the Koch brothers. Pawlenty and Bachmann will share the stage with fellow presidential aspirant Herman Cain and controversial blogger Andrew Breitbart.
Conservative blogger Michelle Malkin will also be joining the conference alongside Breitbart who courted controversy over Memorial Day weekend by accusing a Democratic congressman of posting an image of his crotch on Twitter.
Bachmann sent out a message last week encouraging people to attend the conference.
“Liberals continue to attack our movement as ‘astroturf’ or a ‘front group’ — and have only ratcheted up the attacks since last year. If we don’t keep up the pressure at RightOnline it won’t be long before the liberals get their way,” she wrote. “RightOnline will teach citizens like you how to make a difference right from your keyboard just by engaging in everyday websites like Facebook and Twitter.”
The conference’s agenda includes a host of online organizing workshops for Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. A happy hour reception will be hosted by former Sen. Norm Coleman’s American Action Network.
RightOnline takes place June 17–18 at the Minneapolis Hilton. Netroots Nation will be held at the Minneapolis Convention Center June 16–19.

I took a lesson from the late seventies when the power lines were pushed through western Minnesota that what money wants, money gets.
Looks like the Koch brothers want Bachmann and/or Pawlenty, that is what money wants.
Is it what you want?

Does this mean that these groups will be staying literally across the street from each other in downtown Minneapolis? Does that sound like a good idea to you?

Jeff Wilfahrt called ‘em out on this one.. I am sure that the ‘Koch’ empire is salivating over Minnesota’s Republikan nut squad..
Anyone find it interesting that Michele and Gov. T-Baggs picked the most LIBERAL city in the Midwest to have their lies publicized ?? I think this is a good recipe for CIVIL DIS-OBEDIENCE .. The labor unions, Civil workers and Teachers should amass and show these Baggers what a REAL grass roots movement looks like..

@Jamaican Bacon,
Wow. A veritable Who’s Who of self-deluded evangelicals and hyper-patriotic liars. Impressive. You can’t get that kind of dark force together without a pentagram and sheep’s blood.
Praise Jebus, God hates his creation going off message, Amen.

Perfect timing! This coincides with Stephanie Miller’s hilarious “Sexy Liberal Comedy Show” at the State Theater June 18 (with Hal Sparks and John Fugelsang)!!
Calling all Sexy Liberals attend the show then head over to mock RightiesOnline afterward!!! It’s more fun to picket with jokes!!
