Campaign Video: McCain lashes out at Obama for ‘lashing out’

Given the McCain campaign’s obvious distortions on Barack Obama’s “lipstick on a pig” comment, the campaign’s mantra that Obama is merely a gifted speaker and merely a celebrity, the newest McCain ad comes off as sneeringly disingenuous. A female narrator hisses that the Obama campaign “dismissed [Palin] as good looking” and accused her of lying, following up with a schoolmarmish tut-tut: “How disrespectful.” Ironically, the ad focuses on how the Obama campaign has “lashed out” against Palin; apparently, as the Colorado Independent states, the “9/11 truce” is over. Way over.
