Ben Goldfarb, who served as campaign manager for Amy Klobuchar’s successful 2006 senate run, is now working to get Al Franken elected. Goldfarb has joined the Democrat-Farmer-Labor Party Coordinated Campaign as a senior adviser, focusing on helping to oust Sen. Norm Coleman and elect the DFL ticket. He’s on leave from his post as director of training programs at Wellstone Action. In 2006 Goldfarb helmed Klobuchar’s campaign as she crushed Republican Mark Kennedy by a 58-38 margin. He also oversaw get-out-the-vote efforts in Minnesota for John Kerry’s presidential campaign in 2004.
