The $787 billion stimulus package that President Obama is signing into law today will supposedly create or save 3.5 million jobs across the country. But how many of these shiny new gigs and imperiled livelihoods are expected to materialize in Minnesota? According to an analysis released by the White House today, that number is 66,000.
