A new YouTube video suggests that former U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman still has what it takes to generate excitement in people — in particular among the younger generation that the Republican Party is so desperate to attract.

Norm Coleman went beyond “the Ethernet” to tell conservatives they must cultivate “grass e-roots” to reach young people who “don’t buy 8-tracks.” Complete video after the jump.
