Italian Minister for Equal Opportunity Mara Carfagna. Sarah Palin is the runner-up — a role she should probably get accustomed to given recent campaign developments. Other “winners”: South Dakota Rep. Stephanie Herseth, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and California state legislator Nicole Parra. Shockingly nowhere on the list is Sixth District Rep. Michele Bachmann. And despite her recent pilgrimage to ANWR, she also failed to make the cut for 10 Girls That Look Great Oiled Up.
