AP: ‘Undervote’ ballots could tip recount to Franken

The Associated Press took a look at ballots in which ballot scanners registered a vote for President and not for Senate, and makes the case that of the approximately 25,000 such ballots, 10,000 are in the Al Franken stronghold counties of Hennepin, Ramsey and St. Louis.
