Michele Bachmann has confirmed that she will speak at the Values Voters Summit in Washington, DC, in October. Bachmann has attended the summit, put together by the Family Research Council, an organization that is listed as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center, for the past four years.
Christian conservatives shouldn’t let “people come out and tell us that we have to put the values issues in the back of the bus,” Rick Santorum told the 2,000 activists gathered for the Values Voter Summit in Washington on Friday. “We have to have a truce on the values issues because the economic issues are paramount.”
